• DLP Model: The Dynamic Liquidity Protection model calculates suggested funding parameters but does not guarantee profitability or liquidity
• Bonding Curve: Token prices during incubation follow a mathematical curve — early investors get lower prices, but this does not guarantee value appreciation
• Vesting Schedule: Founder tokens are subject to a 1-year cliff and 24-month linear release, but vesting does not guarantee project success
• Dividends: Revenue-sharing dividends depend entirely on project performance and founder compliance — they are not guaranteed
• Graduation: LP tokens are burned at graduation to permanently lock liquidity, but this does not prevent token price decline
